Stupid nokia 6086

This morning when I woke up at 2:30 am, I checked my phone, to see if I missed anything, but I couldn’t because it had a nice black screen. So I hold the button to turn it on, didn’t turn on, oh yeah and it was plugged in too. So I feel the bottom, and its really hot, nice, take battery out, put battery back in, and it turns on. So later, I take a four hour nap, and this time keeping it unplugged, and I wake up, and it won’t turn on, take battery out, put battery back in, still won’t turn off, plug it in, turns on. Ahh so four hours of battery life? Nice, still charging, oh yeah and the battery indicator is all the way up, but it still hasn’t said “battery full”. I usually keep the phone plugged in, so I wouldn’t think this would be happening, but I guess perhaps this shitty phone doesn’t charge when it thinks the battery is full, or it doesn’t run of AC power. Guess its for charging only, maybe a four hour battery life, if your lucky.

Another nice feature is, it doesn’t stay connected to router anymore. Phone use to work fine. Was talking to my mom, phone lost connection, think it had one bar to t-mobile, can’t connect to the router that isn’t very far away, or stay connected. Hmm well its still connected to router, not sure how long it’ll be connected. Oh yeah and sometimes the menu gets really slow, trying to do anything on the phone, becomes really really slow. I just turned it off and on, to get wifi to work, don’t bother using connect menu, it’ll get an error, only way is to turn off and on.

I wouldn’t recommend this phone, to anybody that wants to use the hotspot@home thing.

I don’t know if it would be worth taking the phone to t-mobile to get a replacement or different phone, as if the problem isn’t happening when you take it there, then you probably won’t get a different phone. You’ll just be wasting your time.

Maybe my uncle will sell me his old iPhone, so I can unlock it, and use it on t-mobile. That is if he gets a new 3G iPhone.

Update 08/29/08 10:00 AM
Nice its hot, and frozen. Only way to restart it, is by taking battery out and putting back in. Guess I’ll keep it unplugged for a while, until the battery dies.
