Linux freezing

Linux froze 3 or 4 times today, which is annoying as hell. I don’t think its my ram because it was freezing before I got new ram. Just switched back to the generic kernel, which is newer then the one I compiled. Either my custom compiled kernel is messed up, or ntfs-3g is causing my system to freeze. Upgraded to the latest ntfs-3g driver too. Hopefully the freezes will be gone.

Update
I like this kernel better. Now websites load faster. And no I’m not storing my browser cache on a ntfs partition. Screw compiling my own kernel, its a waste of time.
