Not really, because the person has some interesting feedback, I wouldn’t trust them, as people rated their communication bad, so if something goes wrong, your screwed. They don’t really provide a lot of info, they just say the specs, then “Great working laptop With carry case.”. Its under priced too, I’d be surprised if you got it, I rather go with somebody that doesn’t have as much bad feedback. My grandma already forwarded the message they sent to her, saying they were shipping it. You’d probably never get a response from them, you might get it, or you might not. Last time I looked they had 17 of the laptops, now they only have two 0. Either a lot of lucky people, or a lot of people got ripped off. I wouldn’t want to take the chance.

You can’t say its the buyers fault because some of them have over hundred feedback, which is better then their feedback, they only have around 40. If you look at the person with 109 feedback, they have 100%, which is better then them. Even know they have around 90%, i wouldn’t trust them. Their English doesn’t seem all that good either, and some of their feedback isn’t in English, and some of the non English feedback is bad. So I’m glad I payed more for somebody with better and more feedback. Ebay is a risky place, so you have to be careful. Especially when it looks to good to be true, I won’t be surprised if people give them bad feedback for not sending it. Or if it doesn’t work or something.
