ABC News is going the way of Fake(Fox) News

They suspended somebody for not agreeing with Trump’s unconstitutional BS.

Looks like all the news on TV, is going the way of propaganda, like Fake(Fox) News. If you want the actual news, you’ll have to go on the internet. And once that is censored, you’ll have to illegally bypass it. But I think a better option, would be to leave the US.

Congress just sits on their ass and does nothing. Now if Obama, was doing this shit, they’d impeach him.

Apparently Trump wants to be allowed to torture people as well. Paid article, so couldn’t read it.

And no the military isn’t going to do anything, they are following his unconstitutional actions. Even though they take an oath to the constitution as well. They aren’t supposed to listen to dicktators.

Need a new record player

One song on this record sounds great, but not all of them sound as good. Could be the record, or the player. Somebody said the $200 record player, from Audio-Technica, sounds better then the cheaper ones. Even if you paid $200 for a junk brand, it probably would still sound better. You could gamble on certain models of Victrola, but I’ll pass on another Victrola. The Audio-Technica is fully automatic too. Doesn’t really matter though. The $120 one, from somebody else probably sounds better then what I have too, but might be hard to put the belt on or something.

I can record it over Bluetooth too, but no point until I have a better player.

I might get shot by a Nazi before I can order one though, or there could be a civil war, and no more money. You can call it Trump’s and Russia’s civil war. That’s what they want, clearly, by going after California, who pays the most federal taxes in the country.

Though most of California will probably burn down at some point in the near future, so no more money either way from California for the Trump regime.

I’m surprised the military hasn’t intervened yet. Maybe they are waiting for something specific to happen.

This is why you don’t marry religion and politics.

Oh and I thought republicans were pro life? Only pro life about something that may or may not exist yet. LOL. They need to prove the soul, and when the soul enters the body. Oh wait, they don’t believe in reincarnation either, so the soul doesn’t “enter” the body. But freedom of religion, means abortions shouldn’t be illegal or legal, it’s up to each individual.

And why do republicans hate weed so much?

I think my software radio sounds better then the radio on this record player. Too much static. Might as well get an actual radio, or use the one I have somewhere. I think it can be powered without batteries. Does it have a 3.5mm jack? I forgot. When I replace this record player, I might need to get a switch for 3.5mm or RCA, so I can plug two things into the Bluetooth transmitter, without unplugging anything. A receiver is too big, and I’m using Bluetooth headphones, so what’s the point?

Well, at least I’ll get to move finally, if I have no money. Maybe. Or get rid of all my stuff, and find a nice cozy cave to live the rest of my short days in.

If weed should be illegal, all the booze Hegseth or whatever the idiots name is, drinks, should also be illegal. I don’t personally use weed, nor would I hangout with anybody that does. But maybe I should post a fake photo of me smoking a joint in my apartment, and see if I get an eviction notice, LOL. Then she can stop saying the office wasn’t reading this site. I’ll just say prove it’s a real photo. Or not, I don’t mind getting evicted. If it’s about protecting people from something, cigarettes should be illegal too, and so should vaping.

Hmm, maybe sugar filled candy should be illegal as well, and soda. Especially diet coke.

Not sure any record player can flip the record though, to play on the other side.

Can the $120 one be bought on eBay refurbished for less? Used or new, no refurbs. Is there another good budget turntable? One that it’s easier to put the belt on, and less then $200. I don’t need Bluetooth. Oh yeah, that’s why I won’t buy the $120 one, the Bluetooth is always on, and will auto connect to crap that isn’t your’s.

Eh, just pay $50 more for this. Looks like it has a dust cover. $50 more then the Audio-Technica. Maybe next month, I’ll have to see what Trump does next. He’s making America Great Again, for Nazis. Their pre amp is $109, Amazon has one for under $20. Does the one under $20 suck? Probably. But good enough for me. I save a lot of money. Ok, get the custom one for $329, and electronic for speed changes, that way you don’t have to fiddle with the belt to change speeds. Where do you move the belt to change speeds though? Hmm, $80 just for that, maybe not. Just play the slow ones only, problem solved. I think you can buy the cheap one, and upgrade it over time.. So if it pisses you off moving belt, just upgrade it.

It’s settled, the Orbit one is what I might buy, depending on what happens in the world. Too bad they don’t have refurbs.

Hmm, I should connect more stuff to Linux to play the audio from, like my phone. Then I can listen to music and whack off at the same time, with headphones on. If everything is connected to it, then I never need to connect headphones to anything else.

Now to look for the best budget amp. That site blows ass, link to something you can’t buy anymore, thanks. Good news, the cheap under $20, is on one list. No need to keep looking then. Or pay $130 for Pro-Ject. Frequently returned though, think the cheap one is better.

Well, looks like Bunny CDN crapped out

Either that, or Namecrane blocked Bunny’s IP addresses. I just changed the DNS to point directly to Namecrane. Can’t even login to Bunny CDN, says some HTTP error. I didn’t try a different browser, or clearing my cookies. Looks like I can login now.

Well, it has money in it, that’ll never be used now. That was a waste.

That may be a good sign to cancel this Crate from Namecrane

Can’t access it from a VPN, two different VPN servers, neither work now. So I’m not allowed to upload to my own site from a VPN? Really? Why? My internet may crap out if I don’t use a VPN.

I’m not emailing support. But I may cancel the VPN and the Crate from Namecrane.

Guess you need a VPS or dedicated server if using a VPN. This site is on Namecrane too.

You can login and unblock yourself, but shouldn’t have to do that. And also unblocks other people on the VPN.

Either way, that was a waste of $15. Do they have a refund policy? I already know their support doesn’t even look into shit.

Internet might only crap out if I download from the news service without a VPN. Would be funny, if they blocked my non VPN IP for uploading to my own site. Then it will really get canceled. Or just cancel now, and put in the comment “You block my VPN.”.

Turn VPN off, and it’s accessible again. So it’s Namecrane, blocking my VPN.

Now to let my internet possibly crap out, and/or get my IP banned from Namecrane.

Any provider selling a Crate like service for $15 per month, that won’t block my VPN? I’m not going to constantly unblock the IP, so if they are that strict on their paranoia, then they get nothing from me.

No need to pay for this VPN either, since it just gets blocked constantly. Apparently Tailscale’s Mullvad VPN sucks ass. Regular Mullvad could be fine, just don’t buy it from Tailscale.

Probably isn’t a comparable host at that price point, you get what you pay for, blocked. LOL. Too lazy to look as well.

Blacklisted for CAPTCHA_DOS_ALERT after 101 captcha requests

Now let’s see why the other IP was blocked.

Blacklisted for CAPTCHA_DOS_ALERT after 101 captcha requests

Same reason, apparently. Their DDoS protection blows ass.

I could unblock it, but how did I trigger 101 captchas myself? I guess rclone did that. LOL, they should test their DDoS protection before making it block non DDoS attacks. Maybe somebody is following me on VPNs, and attacking my site. More likely to be a false positive, because of rclone. They don’t show the logs.

Either way, I don’t think VPNx other people use are for me. I need a private VPN, and I’m too lazy to make one. Find for downloading from a news site, only problem is, it’s off now. Guess I need a Docker image, that has a proxy + tailscale exit node in it. Or better, cancel it, and just use regular Mullvad, which I already have a Docker image that works with that.

Now if Nextcloud data can be uploaded via SFTP, that might not trigger their paranoid DDoS protection.

occ files scan

Might do the trick. Upload via SFTP, then run that command. Problem could be solved, or at least will upload way faster.

And the correct command is ./occ files:scan –all. Maybe.

I was right

I think the radio said men are three times more likely to misinterpret somebody being nice as flirting.

Well, nobody was flirting with me. But I’ll assume the same applies to thinking somebody likes you.

Good thing I don’t know how to flirt, so I won’t flirt back on accident. Instead, I’ll ignore them.

Oh wait, I wasn’t right, whoever said they were just being nice was right.

So if you think somebody is flirting with you, they aren’t. There is no “probably” aren’t, they simply aren’t.

That’s a nice woman, she can open her own door. Does that mean she can open the door for me? And spank me?

You may have to fix/diagnose your own problems with Namecrane

They may have read my email, but didn’t actually look into the issue. As it would have been obvious, it was pointing to the wrong IP.

I had the domain on my other account, on a different server, but they use the same name servers for all servers. So it was working, but on the wrong account. So of course getting a SSL certificate didn’t work.

After deleting the domain from the wrong account, it eventually worked.

If I get asked to take a survey, I may have to take it.

I didn’t pay enough attention to realize the name server was the same, then I remembered, it might be, and I remembered it was on my other account. Should have looked at the IP it was pointing to, not just the name servers. Would have saved me the trouble of getting told it was a DNS propagation issue. That’s what I thought it was, so they just agreed with me, instead of looking into it.

And no the domain wasn’t registered recently. I’ve had the domain for who knows how long. Too lazy to look.

Linux dummy Bluetooth speaker

Found instructions finally here.

I just created the main.conf file in /etc/bluetooth.

[General]
Class = 0x040414
Name = FaKeHiFi

That’s what mine looks like.

I got a Monster Bluetooth transmitter from Walmart, cheaper then Best Buy, and slightly cheaper then the one I saw on Amazon.

I had to raise the maximum volume, and then increase the volume on the WirePlumber [export]. Don’t want the headphones @ 100% volume. Also had to turn the volume all the way down or off on the record player/radio. Guess it outputs on the built in speakers too.

Oh and that Bluetooth transmitter didn’t come with the right cable, so used the 3.5mm to RCA from my Mac mini.

I didn’t change JustWorksRepairing. I just authorized and trusted it. No issues yet.

Since my mom will probably need a transmitter too, if she buys the same one, she’ll most likely need a cable or adapter. Didn’t check Walmart for the right cable. Guess I don’t have to use CPU on any of my computers now, just the radio.

And don’t get too close to the transmitter with Bluetooth headphones on, it causes interference.

You can’t easily do that with iOS. Doesn’t even see my phone, the transmitter. Apple is a dick. Not that you’d need to do that on a phone anyways. Still Apple is a dick.

The volume on the transmitter does nothing when connected to computer. I hear an echo, if I increase the volume on record player/radio, that’s how I figured out it was playing through it’s own speakers too.

But I can record records over Bluetooth now, just need a record, slow ass shipping for records from the same place. There’s places in town with records too.

The digital version might be better, but I got nothing better to do. It’s sort of digital, analog to digital. You don’t need an expensive transmitter for records, there’s no video to be in sync. And why would anyone pay over $100 for the one at Best Buy? Rip off. Make one with a SBC, could cost less, depending on what SBC, or if you already have one or more. I’m just lazy. And this transmitter or something may have a slight issue, of cutting out. I could just stream it from the router computer. But I’m too lazy to get up and turn this off.

Walmart has a cable for $10, might be junk though. Amazon has cheaper cables, don’t buy from Monoprice’s website, I did so, and my card info got stolen, they wouldn’t admit it. Never gave them my card info again, and so far fine. I only use my PayPal card online now. Not sure if I had the last card on Monoprice though.

Nextcloud isn't for backups?

Sure it is, if you use rclone. Might take a while with a slow ass upload speed though.

Shared Crate hosting is fine, if you aren’t uploading passwords or bank stuff or anything super important. Just pictures, and that I share some, who cares.

If you care, get a dedicated server, and use the encryption. Enjoy spending more than $15 per month on it. I’m keeping MEGA too though. But pictures will be shared from Nextcloud from now on. Except, I probably won’t take anymore.

Victrola is junk if you are wondering

The only reason I got the one I got, was for the Bluetooth output, and it no longer works. It’s either connecting to who knows what, or just doesn’t work anymore. No records yet, was listening to the radio, the other reason I bought it.

I could get a Bluetooth transmitter, but that’s around $30. Not sure I care enough. I might just let it collect dust, and do nothing with it. Too lazy to send it back, and it’s massive.

If you just want a record player, somebody said to buy the 1 by ONE Belt Drive Turntable with Bluetooth Connectivity, Built-in Phono Pre-amp, USB Digital Output Vinyl Stereo Record Player with Magnetic Cartridge, 33 or 45 RPM for less than I paid.

Ahh software radio it is, sucks cause it uses CPU. Might make games perform worse sometimes. Also, too lazy to stream it from something else, and use the CPU of the other device instead of the computer playing a game.

That’s what I get for being lazy, junk. Now to lookup the thing to stream the software radio, it’s a command line program.

All the Bluetooth output does is blink, then stops blinking, like it’s connected to something, can’t figure out what. Also, can’t figure out what the cable coming out of the back is for, is that an antenna? No fucking idea. I unplugged the junk from the outlet. Had to put it on the thing the soundbar is on, don’t think any of my shelf’s are big enough. It isn’t heavy, another sign it’s junk. And the buttons feel cheap, like junk.

I should have looked for a Bluetooth output radio instead. But I’ll just stream it over my network, since that’s free.

Don’t believe Amazon reviews, they are all lies. Look it up on Reddit, the brand name. They say it’s junk too, and it is.

1Mii B06TX is a Bluetooth transmitter.

Supposedly, Victrola will wear out records sooner too. I couldn’t get it to connect to my computer, my headphones worked at first, not anymore. If it connected to my computer, I might be able to listen to the radio and play a game. But the multipoint bluetooth on headphones is useless, doesn’t play sound from two things at once. Another option, would be a long ass cable. And plug into soundcard.

Hmmmm, that might be cheaper then that transmitter, but plug into one of the SBCs, if they have a line in input, or use a USB thing. Then stream that over the network. Easier to just stream software radio over the network, no cable needed. I have everything needed. Well, I might have a cable somewhere, or used to.

Got network streaming working using this a working fork of this.

I was going to use some NodeJS crap, but was taking too long, and probably only does mono. Now I wonder how to uninstall all that nodeJS crap. I’m lazy. Too lazy to type sudo apt remove nodejs npm and then the autoremove command. I ran the commands anyways.

Now the router can stream music too.

To play stereo on 105.7M, use http://xxx:8001/105700000/1. Works great, and might kill the router, if it gets too hot. Nice. Then I can buy a new small computer. Under 20% CPU, probably fine. And that installs a service file, so you never have to SSH into it. I’m using VLC, a browser could work, no idea, didn’t try.

Now that’s better then the Victrola crap. Which might still work for records. But still need a FM transmitter. I’ll see if my mom sends the one she bought back. Same model as mine. Might be a bad thing. Does she need the radio? If not, buy the 1 by ONE Belt Drive Turntable with Bluetooth Connectivity, it’s cheaper.

AMD RX 9060

If you go to AMD’s site, it says starting @ $299 for 8 GB, the 16 GB one is $349. I wouldn’t get the 8 GB one, you can’t really do AI with that one very well.

Not sure it’s worth buying at all though, my GPU works fine. Probably less then 16 GB of VRAM, but who cares. If I buy it, it’ll be the last GPU I buy. No idea when it’ll be available to buy either. If not before the end of the year, it ain’t worth buying.

Lots of bad stuff will keep happening, so there’s no need for a GPU. Not all will be political related. At least global warming is a hoax, even though that’s what will wipe out a ton of people. LOL. And fascism is better then socialism. The people that voted for this, don’t know what either are.
